 Try this Loving-Kindness Meditation to bring more love, compassion, and warmth into your day. It’s a simple practice, but it can create a beautiful shift in your energy.

Try This Loving-Kindness Meditation:

1. Find a quiet place and close your eye.

2. Place your hand over your heart and take a few deep breaths

3. Silently say to yourself:

            May I be Happy, May I be Healthy, May I be at Peace

4. Pause and notice how you feel

5. Bring someone to mind that you love

6. Silently say to them:

            May you be Happy, May you be Healthy, May you be at Peace

7. Next repeat the same steps with someone that is an acquaintance, then some who you may find challenging.

8. Pause- notice how you feel. Let the warmth of this practice stay with you.

*For longer practices you can include a stranger or even a community. Take as long as you want and say as many times as you like! Let me know how it works for you.
